Neo-Eclectic Modernism

This renovation is grounded in clarity, restraint, and material richness, allowing contemporary living to unfold within a framework shaped by proportion and craft.

The interiors rely on architectural elements rather than applied decoration. Millwork is treated as built form, with shelving, cabinetry, and paneling establishing rhythm, depth, and scale. Warm wood surfaces anchor the spaces and bring a sense of permanence, balancing the light filled rooms and clean lines.

Classical references are present but deliberately abstracted. Cofered ceilings, paneled walls, and inset storage recall traditional domestic architecture, yet they are simplified and re proportioned to feel current. These elements provide familiarity and comfort without becoming literal or ornamental.

Materials are used honestly and with intention. Wood, stone, plaster, and tile carry visual weight, while expressive stone surfaces and brass fixtures introduce texture and warmth in kitchens and baths without overwhelming the spaces.
